Wykorzystywanie plików cookies oraz podobnych technologii

1. Strona umożliwia gromadzenie informacji o Użytkowniku za pośrednictwem cookies (tzw. „ciasteczka”) oraz podobnych technologii, których korzystanie najczęściej wiąże się z zainstalowaniem tego narzędzia na urządzeniu Użytkownika (komputer, telefon, itp.). Informacje, wykorzystywane są do zapamiętania wyborów Użytkownika podjętych na stronie, utrzymania sesji użytkownika po zalogowaniu, zapamiętaniu hasła, gromadzenia informacji o urządzeniu Użytkownika w celu analizy wizyt i dostosowywania treści.

2. Użytkownik ma możliwość ustawić w przeglądarce blokowanie określonych rodzajów cookies i innych technologii, poprzez określenie na przykład, że dozwolone będą wyłącznie te, które są niezbędne do poprawnego wyświetlenia strony. Użytkownik ma także możliwość korzystać ze strony w tzw. trybie incognito, który blokuje możliwość gromadzenia danych o jego wizycie. Ograniczenie stosowania plików Cookies, może wpłynąć na prawidłowość działania Strony.

3. Korzystanie ze Strony bez zmiany ustawień przeglądarki, tzn. z domyślnym akceptowaniem plików cookies i podobnych technologii oznacza zgodę na ich wykorzystanie do określonych powyżej celów. Administrator nie wykorzystuje uzyskanych informacji do celów marketingowych.

4. Administrator wykorzystuje Cookies w celach:
- dostosowania zawartości Strony do preferencji Użytkownika,
- odpowiedniego wyświetlania strony internetowej, stosownie do indywidualnych potrzeb Użytkownika,
- zapamiętania ustawień wybranych przez Użytkownika,
- utrzymania sesji Użytkownika po zalogowaniu, dzięki czemu Użytkownik nie będzie musiał logować się za każdym razem odwiedzania Strony,
- zwiększenia wydajności usług świadczonych przez Administratora,
- tworzenia statystyk, które pomagają zrozumieć w jaki sposób Użytkownik korzysta ze stron internetowych, co umożliwia ulepszenie ich struktury i zawartości (bez osobistej identyfikacji Użytkownika).

1. 4. The Administrator uses Cookies for the purposes of:

- Maintaining the User's session after logging in, so the User does not have to log in every time the Website is visited,

5. "Session" cookies and "persistent" cookies are used. Session cookies are temporary files that remain on the User's device until logging out from the Website or turning off the web browser. "Persistent" cookies remain on the User's device for the time specified in the parameters of the "cookies" or until they are manually deleted by the User.
